Current Position:
I started teaching at Iola High School in January of 2016. I’ve been teaching here at Iola High School for 9 ½ years. I currently teach the following courses:

In past years, I've also managed Teaching Observation, Teaching Internship, and other FACS-related internships. I am also the FCCLA adviser and Freshman Class Sponsor.

Family Information:

I currently live in Fort Scott, Kansas with my husband Gary Floyd II, and our daughter, Wriggley. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family/friends, watching or playing most sports, and spending time with our daughter. I enjoy teaching students life skills that are needed throughout everyday life to be a positive role model for their current/future family, and that is needed in order to become productive citizens of society.

Personal Information:

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family/friends, shopping, watching or playing most sports, and spending time with our daughter. I’ve also recently started to get into lifting and living a healthier lifestyle. I enjoy teaching students life skills that are needed throughout everyday life to be a positive role model for their current/future family and that is needed in order to become productive citizens of society.
