Vision

We strive to be the most successful team in the Pioneer League.  We willd o this by taking tremendous pride in the RELATIONSHIPS that we form and the RESULTS that we see as individuals and as a team.  We will build positive RELATIONSHIPS between teammates, coaches, competitors, teachers, administrators, and peers by always putting the needs of others above ourselves.  We will have positive RESULTS through constantly striving to become better individuals both on and off the track.  This will allow us to reach success as a team that is greater than anything we could do individually!

Core Values

The leaders of the team selected the acronym PRIDE to represent what our program is about.  These are the things that we hold on to as a program.  These qualities are things that we want to be said about the team as well as the individuals that make up the team.  The leaders have also defined what it looks like to possess these core values both on and off the track.
