I started at Iola High school in the Fall of 2017.  I’m currently, 2023, in my nineth year of teaching!

I married my husband in July of 2020. We currently have a son, who was born in December of 2022. Our family also has a couple of fur babies that include one dog and a cat! 

I grew up on my familys farm just outside of Colony, Kansas. I was very active in 4-H growing up and FFA when I reached high school. I showed cattle and sheep for several years and also enjoy riding my horse. I was very involved in volleyball, basketball, and track in high school.  I was blessed enough to be able to continue my volleyball career in college.  In my free time now, I am still enjoying the same things.  You can find me in a gym coaching or playing volleyball, or outside doing anthing from checking cows to riding side by side trails.
